Who is Ayse: Born in Germany, grown up in a turkish/arabic family, Ayse has always been interested in cooking. Inspired of the amazing turkish/arabic cuisine that her mother tought her from a very young age she started to turn her hobby into a profession. She loves to share her knowledge to the world and thinks that cooking connects people.

About: Learning the authentic way of making Sarma with Ayse. What is sarma: Sarma which can be cooked with meat, vegeterian or even vegan is a delicious and healthy food from Turkey and the middle east. About the course: - takes nearly 4 hours " Cooking, eating and conversation". - will be at the comfort of our home. - in a group of 6 people. - if demanded vegetarian and vegan version available. - all ingredients will be provided. - included: two glass of wine, soft drinks , salad, bread, Turkish tea. (If you like to bring your own beverage, you are welcome to do so) - Turkish music. - enjoying the time together. Motivation: Reminding people that healthy and traditional food can be so much fun.
